ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using NIGHTPASS.LK (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NIGHTPASS.LK. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Note: We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account.

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services.

TICKET PURCHASES

NIGHTPASS.LK facilitates the sale of tickets for events organized by third-party event organizers.

Pricing & Fees

All prices are in LKR unless stated otherwise. We may charge a nominal processing fee for each ticket sold.

Availability

Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon successful payment, tickets will be issued in the form of a digital QR code accessible through your dashboard and sent via email.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

CRITICAL POLICY:

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only processed if an event is cancelled by the organizer. In such cases, NIGHTPASS.LK will follow the organizer's refund instructions.

  • Processing fees are generally non-refundable.
  • NIGHTPASS.LK is not responsible for event postponements or changes in lineup.
  • Chargebacks initiated without valid reason will result in permanent account suspension.

USER CONDUCT

When using NIGHTPASS.LK, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
  • Provide false information or misrepresent your identity.
  • Resell tickets on unauthorized secondary markets for profit (scalping).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property ofNIGHTPASS.LK and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and UI designs may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall NIGHTPASS.LK, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.

NIGHTPASS.LK is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind sustained as a result of attending an event for which tickets were purchased through our Platform.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
