HOW TO BUY TICKETS

Purchasing tickets on NIGHTPASS.LK is designed to be seamless and fast:

    Browse our Events page and select your desired event.

  2. 2

    Click "Get Tickets" to see available ticket tiers.

  3. 3

    Choose your quantity and click "Proceed to Checkout".

Instant QR code generation upon successful payment.

FINDING YOUR TICKETS

Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets are available immediately:

  • User Dashboard

    Login and navigate to your Dashboard to view all active and past tickets.

  • Email Confirmation

    A copy of your ticket and QR code is sent to your registered email address automatically.

ACCOUNT & SECURITY

RECOMMENDED: USE GOOGLE LOGIN

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Login. This ensures your tickets are always linked to your primary email and you never have to remember a separate password for NIGHTPASS.LK.

You can update your profile, change your display name, and manage your tickets all from one place in the User Dashboard.

PAYMENTS & TROUBLESHOOTING

We support multiple payment methods through our secure gateway Payhere:

Amex
Koko / Mintpay
Payment Failed? Ensure your card is enabled for online international payments and check your balance. If the money was deducted but no ticket was issued, contact support immediately.

REFUND REQUESTS

Our standard policy is that all sales are final. Refunds are only available in the following scenarios:

  • The event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
  • A technical error resulted in a double charge for the same ticket.
  • The event is rescheduled and the organizer offers a refund window.

To request a refund, please email refunds@nightpass.lk with your Order ID.

EVENT ENTRY & QR CODES

Your ticket is a high-security unique QR code. Do not share screenshots of your QR code with anyone.

Entry checklist:

  • Have your digital QR code ready on your phone
  • Ensure your screen brightness is turned up for scanning
  • Carry a valid NIC or Passport for age-restricted events (18+/21+)
