REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Our goal is to ensure a smooth ticketing experience. However, all ticket purchases are generally non-refundable.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

NIGHTPASS.LK does not offer refunds if you choose not to attend an event, make a mistake during purchase, or if your personal circumstances change.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, specifically when an event is cancelled or significantly altered by the organizer.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS

If an event is officially CANCELLED by the organizer:

  • Automatic Processing

    In most cases, refunds will be initiated automatically to your original payment method.

  • Service Fees

    Please note that platform service fees and handling charges are non-refundable as the service has been rendered at the time of purchase.

EVENT POSTPONEMENTS

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

Your existing tickets will typically remain valid for the new date. You do not need to take any action.

If the new date is announced and you are unable to attend, you may be eligible for a refund depending on theOrganizer's Policy. Such requests must usually be made within a specific window (e.g., 48-72 hours) after the postponement is announced.

PROCESSING TIME

REFUND WINDOW

Once a refund is approved and initiated, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

The exact timing depends on your bank's processing cycles and policies.
